Easter holidays causes some exceptions to usual transport schedules in Finland. We recommend placing transport orders well in advance before the public holidays.
In the week before Easter (week 14), collections of import shipments from Europe to Finland are by midweek, and departures from most countries to Finland on 6 April 2023.
Pick-ups and loading of export shipments from Finland before Easter are from Monday to Thursday. On Good Friday, April 7, 2023, there will be no collections or loading of goods at the terminals.
In ocean freight, containers will not be loaded or unloaded at ports or terminals from April 7 to April 10, 2023
Varova’s offices are closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday. We will be available again on Tuesday 11 April 2023 according to normal opening hours.
