We will increase the use of the electronic waybills for direct deliveries in European road transport. This will be a standard procedure for consignments with a freight weight over 3000 kg.
No more paper copies of waybills will be left in the future. Instead, they can be found in the Varova Track & Trace system under the consignment attachments.
Electronic signing of waybills
During the coronavirus situation, all deliveries are made without physical contact. The driver asks the recipient’s name and signs the waybill on the electronic device.
Any reservation in the event of an incomplete or damaged consignment shall be made at the same time in writing and shall be recorded in the electronic consignment note.
