On Friday, 12 December 2025, Italy’s largest trade union, CGIL (Confederazione Generale Italiana del Lavoro) organized a strike that will impact railway and terminal operations, with effects extending to road and local transport.
Many departures from Italy to Finland will be delayed due to the strike, and normal transport schedules cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries of export shipments may also experience delays in some cases.
