If the products are sensitive to low temperatures and may not freeze during transport, we need to know about this well in advance before the collection of goods. If your shippers book the transports in the country of origin directly with a Varova representative, we advise you to remind them that our regular transports are not temperature-controlled.
If needed, we can find solutions for temperature-sensitive deliveries. For example, heated storage can be offered as an additional service. Your contact persons can provide additional information.
