For the time being, Varova does not offer transportation to or from Russia due to the war in Ukraine. The same applies to Belarus. The situation also causes uncertainty for financial transactions in Russia. Moreover, Varova does not cooperate or provide services to companies, entities or individuals that are on official sanctions lists. For freight forwarding and customs clearance services, the situation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
At the moment, the Chinese train traffic through Russia makes an exception, and has continued so far. We are preparing for alternative modes of transport in China and the Far East with increased cargo space for sea transport. In air freight, we also can offer various routings together with our partner network.
Freight inquiries related to Ukraine, such as humanitarian cargo, are considered on a case-by-case.
