As a result of changes in the European Union customs legislation, the customs declaration process will be renewed in stages between 2020‒2025.
Changes to the temporary storage declaration TSD (Temporary Storage Declaration) enter into force on January 1, 2023.
When undeclared units arrive in the country through an EU port, they must either be customs cleared, or issued with TSD declaration or transit documentation before they can be moved from the entry terminal to the unloading terminal in the port.
